Dear Mr. Duncan,
I am writing this letter to extend my high praise to you and your company
for offering the First Class Sleeper, a revolutionary new concept in travel
comfort and musculoskeletal optimization.
I had the privilege of using this new and unique sleeping cushion during a
coach flight from the East Coast to Hawaii on my way to a medical
conference. The product afforded me the ultimate in comfort and helped me
compensate for the narrow cramped seats. Most importantly, however; I was
able to “fly in style and comfort”.
The cushion allowed me a great amount of biomechanical comfort including
ideal low back and neck support. I arrived refreshed and pain free and able
to participate in my meeting.
As a physician, I am acutely in tune with the needs of many of my patients
who often complain of “feeling beaten up” due to cervical neck and lumbar
back strain after a long flight.
Your product appears to offer hope and biomechanical comfort to the many
folks that fly coach class and for that I wish to express gratitude.

Bob,
Back in June you helped me get my hands on a 1st Class Sleeper pillow in Toronto for a trans-Atlantic trip I had to make with a fractured vertebra. I must say, this
product is worth every penny! I was comfortable and slept well on my
flights. In addition, I used it frequently in the car as we traveled
around. Since I've returned and my back has healed, the only thing that
still causes me discomfort is rental cars. By taking your pillow with me
and using it folded in half, I'm assured comfort in whatever car I rent. In
fact, I'd like to see you make a smaller version of your product for use in
automobiles and on short flights (I almost always use it folded in half on short
flights, too).
One thing that amazes me is how well the pillow has stood up to the
elements. It spent a lot of time in very hot cars in Greece as the sun beat in, and it has held up just fine.
I've let my colleagues know about 1st Class Sleeper, and I wish you great
success.

Dear Mr. Bob Duncan:
Thank you for … the last 2 (10 each) orders of 1st Class Sleepers. They
will give much comfort to the church members who go to foreign missions -
mostly short terms. In fact, some of us have already used them. Most of us
have slept 8-10 hours continuously during the last trip to China. And these are the people who were not able to sleep a wink in the airplane
previously. Though we felt great, however, we felt at the same time sorry
for others who were sitting next to us. I don't know how to handle that
problem.
Anyway, thank you for your great invention, and service. May the Lord bless
you amply for it.
Sincerely,
Sungkook

Dear Mr. Duncan,
Flying is one of my least favorite pastimes - the noise, the food, the seat
design and the space you are allowed. So it was exciting to find a product
that actually relieved some of the stress and is comfortable for me. My
first trip with the 1st Class Sleeper was a business trip and right from
the start I noticed better support for my entire spine, most importantly
the neck position as well as less pressure on the backs of my thighs. With
my carry-on as a footrest it was more like sitting in a comfortable
recliner. I highly recommend the 1st Class Sleeper for travelers who want a
more pleasant travel experience.

Mr. Duncan,
Travel for me is exciting except for the long periods of sitting in poorly
designed seats. After stuffing multiple pillows and blankets in the low
back area I never achieved my goal to arrive without pain. In January 2003
I was introduced to the 1st Class Sleeper and WOW what a difference. No
more low back pain and leg pain and the warmth while flying makes it a much
more comfortable experience. I felt less fatigued as well. People who fly
frequently should invest in a 1st Class Sleeper for a first class trip!

Flying with an infant is a parent’s worse nightmare,
especially flying at night. With the 1st Class Sleeper, my daughter and I
were able to get some sleep for the first time. With my daughter in a
Snuglee that I wore as a front pack and my diaper bag as a foot rest, we
were able to recline and enjoy the sleep together instead of just her. I
suggest the 1st Class Sleeper for any parent traveling with an infant in
their arms.

By a unanimous vote, a quorum of the North Olympic
Chiropractic Association recommended to officially endorse the 1st Class
Sleeper as a viable, sound biomechanical back support. It provides
healthful support to the lumbar and cervical spines, allowing its user to
rest in a natural, well-supported sitting position, thus enhancing the
possibility of rest and relaxation.

On a recent medical relief mission I used my 1st Class
Sleeper to sleep comfortably for over 5 hours on my red-eye flight down to Guatemala. The morning of our arrival I felt rested and mentally fresh, ready to go to the
hospital, while my fellow team members were ready to go to bed. Thank you
for developing such an innovative travel aid for frequent travelers like
me. Additionally, I am extremely appreciative of your offer to supply our
team with 1st Class Sleeper on future relief missions. I wish you continued
success in promoting the 1st Class Sleeper to travelers around the world.

November of 2001 was scheduled to fly from Dutch Harbor, AK to Pittsburgh, PA via Anchorage, AK to spend a week with my mom, dad and
family. Then return to Anchorage, AK to fly to Hawaii. I have made this
trip many times over the years. Although I always look forward to quality
time with my family, I could not help but feel a certain amount of
apprehension at thoughts of travel after September 11, 2001. Earlier last
year a friend Bob Duncan who is a captain for Alaska Airlines demonstrated
an invention of his called 1st Class Sleeper. I was really impressed with
the invention and acquired one in Anchorage to take on my trip. Impressed
does not even begin to express what 1st Class Sleeper did for me on my
travels. The 1st Class Sleeper turned my travels into a comforting restful
experience. 1 really can't say enough good about 1st Class Sleeper, but all
you have to do is try it yourself to feel what true traveling comfort can
be. Thank you Bob!

Dear Bob,
Your 1st Class Sleeper is a special gift for people who must travel by
plane. Instead of sitting upright on a rigid seat: and constantly twisting
their neck to view their surroundings, one can now recline on a soft,
full-body air cushion, without the underlying ridges of seat margins. Rotary
movement of the head and neck is limited by sponge cushions on each side of
the head to prevent arthritic changes in the neck. The 1st Class Sleeper
affords the passenger the luxury of several hours of sleep on an extended
trip in a comfortable position.
Sincerely,
William R. Duncan, M.D.
